Albert’s Bar, the newestspotfrom the team behind The Spaniard and The Penrose, located in the heart of midtown,is looking fora Front of House Manager to join our team!THEROLE:As a management team member, you will help oversee daily operations for Albert's Bar. We're seeking a strategic thinker, problem-solver, multi-tasker, and excellent communicator. This key leader will uphold Albert's Bar's standards of excellence in all areas, including team management, quality of service, workplace culture, and guest relations. WHO YOU ARE: 2+ years of experience in a leadership role in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Extensive knowledge of beer, wine, liquor, and cocktails An approachable leader who can motivate, manage and develop a large and diverse team Excellent verbal and written/digital communication skills Self-starter who is results-oriented and who appreciates and takes initiative on both the essential details and the bigger picture Team player with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude Full availability, including nights and weekends WHAT YOU'LL DO: Hands-on management of day-to-day operations of Albert's Bar Help oversee the FOH and BOH teams, working floor shifts, creating a positive work environment, driving sales, motivating the team, and creating exceptional guest experiences Assist with the hiring, training, coaching, and overall development of team members, including orientation, performance reviews, and any necessary disciplinary actions Foster a dynamic, enjoyable, and inclusive culture Maintain quality and standards of Albert's Bar culture, food, drink, service, and atmosphere WHAT WE OFFER:–Competitive salary + bonus potential–Benefits package including 401K (with a company match), PTO, health, dental, and vision insurance–A collaborative company culture that encourages cooperation and communicationWe look forward to hearing from you!
